What to expect from your free inspection
How long does a roof inspection take?
45–90 minutes depending on your roof's size and complexity. We examine shingles, flashing, gutters, penetrations, ventilation, and the roof deck — plus your attic for signs of leaks — then walk you through the findings.
Do I have to be home for it?
No — though being there at the start and end lets us show you what we found. If you can't be, you get a full written report with photos documenting every issue and our recommendation.
How do I know if my flashing has failed?
